Payment Terms:
* Payment is due upon receipt unless other terms are mutually agreed to
* Partial fee retainer is requested on long-form projects (i.e. lengthy audio books)
* Clients are asked to provide detailed contact information (name, company name, address, phone number) even if services are pre-paid
