A Voice for Playback
You’re swamped. And now you’ve got this Spanish voiceover project you have to cast, but the female voice talent also needs to speak English. It has to be a soothing voice, an articulate voice, maybe for a business voicemail greeting, corporate narration, voiceover for an iPhone app. You need a voice that’s warm and approachable, “that mom’s voice that dads love,” someone you can listen to all day long (if you really have to).
Let’s just say it: you need a voice made for playback. Whoa, what a coincidence. That’s me.
I provide voiceover service in English and Spanish to clients worldwide who need a neutral interpretation of their scripts for corporate narration, medical training, radio, TV and more. In fact, I specialize in voiceovers for extended listening — easy on the ears. As an accredited voice over artist and trained sound engineer, I provide professional services you can consistently and confidently rely on.
Clients for whom I’ve voiced projectsinclude State Farm, Capital Card, Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts. I’ve also provided character narration for the Not for Sale documentary, children’s books, a few iPhone apps, the web and voicemail systems throughout the U.S., and in Germany, France, England and Australia. (My clients Down Under are happy because they can send me their projects tomorrow, and I get it back to them yesterday.)
Nearly all my voiceover services are provided remotely via email and FTP. Contact me for a quote or review my voiceover rates. Occasionally, I also like to write. Please check out my SofaLips Blog, Conversations About Voiceover. Although most of the blogs are about the business, I have a new series specifically for voice seekers with lots of tips on hiring voiceover talent.
